I'm their foster mom for Battle of Empathy and am having such fun with them!

They've all been vetted & spayed or neutered, litter-trained & exposed to dogs and other cats.

Boy or girl? A word about gender ...

    It seems that many people prefer adopting girl kitties, believing that males may spray in the house. Spraying is mainly an outdoor marking behavior and it's actually unusual for an indoor neutered male cat to spray. This is especially true when males are neutered at a young age before reaching sexual maturity, as most rescue kittens are.
    Overall I've found the disposition of neutered male cats to be mellow & wonderful. Having owned and rescued dozens of cats, I've never had one that sprayed indoors. I personally LOVE owning neutered boys, whether cats, dogs, or horses!

Jade - Girl, age 1 year - Adopted!

Dainty, petite girl with mesmerizing green eyes - she has an almost human expression. SO very sweet, gentle,  & affectionate, a wonderful girl to have around. The advantage to adopting an adult is that you already know a lot about their temperament, and Jade is truly a gem. While she isn't crazy about my own cat or two small dogs, she tolerates them and is not aggressive - I suspect that if she wasn't protective of her kittens, she'd be fine with them. Jade is spayed, has all her shots, & her adoption fee is only $50!

Sweet Jade & Jewel adopted together!

Jewel -- Girl, 12 weeks - Adopted!
Ready now - Adoption fee only $95, a bargain! MUCH cheaper than vetting/neutering a 'free' kitten!
 
The smallest of her litter, little Jewel looks the most like her beautiful Mama with her mother's lovely green eyes. Sweet and a bit shy, she gets more adventurous by the day. Jewel is litter-trained and loves to play with her littermates and toy mice. She would love to be adopted along with her lovely Mama as she's very attached to her. She also spends lots of time sleeping and playing with her brothers. Jewell has been vetted & spayed so she's ready to be your cutest new family member!

"The Twins"  Boys, 11 weeks

Jax - The first to come running, he's a love bug! Jax is a pretty cream color with subtle striping. Playful and friendly, he enjoys sleeping in the middle of his foster mom's bed. (Of course he does!) Jax loves his scratching post and one of his favorite toys is his ball with a bell inside. He's litter trained and has been around other cats and small dogs. Jax would love to be adopted together with his brother Jake!
Jake - Almost identical in both looks and personality to brother Jax, Jake is a cream color with soft striping. He always helps with the sweeping and likes to sit in the dustpan. Jake is also a snuggler like his brother and just as playful.  He likes to chase ribbon and those crinkled foil balls. Jake is litter trained and has been around other cats and small dogs. No doubt he would love to be adopted together with his brother Jax!

Jasper & Julius -- Both have found great homes!

Jasper - Jasper is a pretty cream color with very soft, medium-length hair. (His brother Julius looks almost identical - wouldn't they be a lovely pair to own?) Jasper has white mittens and a white bib. Jasper has a loving disposition and is especially attached to his toy lamb. He is litter trained and has been around small dogs and other cats. 
Julius - Julius has a cream-colored coat that's a touch darker than his brother Jasper, who is almost his identical twin. Julius has silky medium-length hair. (His brother Jasper looks SO much like him - wouldn't they be a lovely pair to own?) Julius has white mittens and a white chest, and a friendly, happy personality. Julius is especially fond of chasing a wand with a ribbon attachment. He is litter trained and has been around small dogs and other cats.
